This article, published in an academic journal, was written by someone who has Alzheimer’s Disease. She describes some of the ways it affects her and the kind of things she finds helpful. There are not a lot of things written by people with dementia so I think this article is important. I have used it in a teaching session and students learned a lot from it so I thought it might be helpful for other people.
